How do I order? All you need to do is send us your design(s) and then make an order through our website. For more info, see our How To Order page.

How long does delivery take? We offer 3 delivery services. The Standard Service will take about 10-18 working days (this is not for people with deadlines). We also offer Deadline and Express Services which are guaranteed to arrive for the date you need them. We can deliver badges for any date you need, even tomorrow!

What Size Are The Badges? We offer four different sizes of pin badge - The diameters are 25mm, 38mm, 57mm and 38mm Square. More info on the badges.

I'm not in a band, can I still make an order? Of course! Everyone is welcome at Badges For Bands. Although we focus primarily on musicians and artists, we will supply badges for any club, group or individual that gets in touch. To start off, you need to send us an image by clicking here.

Is it alright to just send an image and let you do the rest? Yes, although its a good idea to have a look at the Design Tips before you send an image as this could avoid you needing our feedback. We can re-format your logo or text to make it fit your badges.

I have ordered before, do you still have my images? We keep all images on file so if you want to make a new order, just make a payment using your band name and we will send out your new items!

Do you charge for extra designs? You can have 2 designs in an order for the prices shown. It's just £3 per extra design after that.

How do I know my badges will look great before I hand over my money? The Design Tips will provide you with some tips on how well your badges will work. If you still want to make sure, you have the option of waiting for our feedback before you make any payment. We have received thousands of images before, so we know if something doesn't work and we will let you know. This service is 100% free.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Paypal, Nochex or you can pay via cheque. Paypal has over 52 million customers worldwide and is also used by thousands of eBay members. For more info, click here to visit the Paypal site. Nochex is like paypal, but is for UK members only. You do not need to be a member to make any payments. For more info, click here to visit the Nochex site. If you want to pay via cheque, this can be achieved by following the steps on the payment page.

Is My Payment Secure? Making a payment on our website is 100% secure. Our payment pages are hosted on SSL secure servers on the Paypal and Nochex websites. We never see, nor do we keep any card details.

Do You Ship Worldwide? We can get badges to most countries in the world, although there will be additional postage charges. Contact Us for more details.
